Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?
No hidden fees. Our pricing includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry, and amenities. The only additional costs are optional services like firewood ($5/bundle) and restaurant meals.
What's the difference between $35 and $55 camping rates?
Select lots (sites 37-41) offer more privacy and space for $35/night. Standard sites with the same amenities are $55/night. All sites include full hookups and access to facilities.
Can I try monthly or long-term arrangements before committing?
Yes. We offer trial weekends for those considering longer stays, and monthly arrangements can often transition to long-term leases based on availability and fit.
How does VASH Program acceptance work?
We're approved for the VASH Program and provide application assistance. Veterans with VASH vouchers can apply the housing assistance toward long-term leasing options.

Monthly rates include your lot with full hookups, all utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and all community amenities. You provide your own RV or tiny home.
Are there seasonal rate differences?
