Complete your application and lease agreement. We'll handle VASH Program coordination if applicable and confirm your move-in timeline.

Move-in & Welcome

Arrive to your fully prepared tiny home with all utilities connected and receive your community orientation and welcome package.

Preparing for Your Move

Before You Arrive

We'll coordinate your move-in date and provide a detailed preparation checklist. For VASH Program participants, we handle all coordination with VA housing coordinators. You'll receive welcome materials including community guidelines, local area information, and contact details for your first week.

Your First Week

Tom or Tara will personally welcome you and provide a complete community orientation. You'll meet your neighbors, learn about local amenities including Big Frank's restaurant, and get familiar with Castle Rock Lake activities and recreation opportunities.

How long does the application process take?

Most applications are processed within 5-7 business days. VASH Program applications may take 2-3 weeks due to VA coordination requirements.

What do I need to bring when I move in?

Just your personal belongings, clothing, and any special items that make it feel like home. All furniture, appliances, and household basics are provided.

Is there assistance for VASH Program participants?

Yes, we provide complete VASH Program support including application assistance, VA coordinator communication, and specialized move-in coordination for veteran residents.

Can I visit before committing to move in?

Absolutely. We encourage property visits and personal consultations. Schedule with Tom to tour the community, see available units, and meet current residents.

What if I need to move out early?

We offer flexible lease terms with standard 30-day notice. Our goal is ensuring the community is the right fit for everyone's long-term happiness.

How do you handle winter preparations?

All tiny homes are designed for year-round living with proper insulation and heating. We provide complete winter preparation guides and handle all exterior winterization.
